For us, quality clearly trumps quantity. This is particularly evident in our effort in handcrafting and the creative diversity of our products. Our yarn is exclusively waxed, of the highest possible quality and, above all, particularly tear-resistant. Our acrylic beads often have a long journey, but are also of the best industrial quality. Our stones are primarily from the mineral wholesale trade in Austria and are simply stunning, unique pieces of the best cut from bead to bead. Our pendants are also carefully selected and, if they are not self-made, purchased from the best sources and private contacts.

Send us an email to contact@danavis-art.com and give us a detailed order with your unique request from our exhibited products! We will send you an answer within 48 hours as to whether we can complete the order for you and by when we can deliver it to you.

2. Guarantee
2.1. You have the guarantee that each of our products is handmade in Austria. Some products from our partner and close friend from Jamaica are also available for purchase.
2.2. Even if some beads may be similar, each piece is unique due to the diversity of the patterns of stones and the careful handwork.
2.3. As long as the jewelry is not intentionally damaged, this includes, among other things: exposure to fire, sharp objects, strong external influences, unnecessary contact with water, etc. – you can get a repair/replacement from us for up to 2 years. In such a case, please contact us at contact@danavis-art.com and send us a photo of your purchase receipt and product. We will then decide together whether you should send it to us and, after a possible assessment, we will decide whether we can replace it for you due to manufacturing defects.
2.4. A complete refund of the purchase price is excluded. However, if you decide within the 2 years that you do not want to have the piece of jewelry refunded or repaired due to manufacturing defects, you can also have us give you a 70% voucher worth the value of your returned piece for your next purchase or as a gift.
2.5. Manufacturing defects include: yarn knots that are too loose, acrylic beads that peel off a lot (take them off when showering!), welded areas that open, similar defects
